
Features of Automatic Blow Molding Machine Model CSD-AB:
1. Adopting imported servo motor ensures smooth performance and exact orientation. Running speed can be adjusted randomly as per production requirement. With preform light sensor, the clamping unit will stop automatically while preform is absent.
2. Advanced double-toggle clamping structure ensures stronger clamping force. Electro-motion mold adjustment and auto-lubrication device ensure easy operation.
3. Special designed preheater offers wide use range for preforms of different neck sizes. Adopting temperature control of layered infrared heating and PLC individual adjustment ensures even heat distribution and makes blow molding easier. When heating temperature is unusual, the preform feeding device will pause automatically.
4. Color LCD screen PLC control panel can save technical data for container blowing. All parameters can be adjusted successively on touch screed during production. No need to stop the machine for adjustment.
5. With the best design and fine man-work ship, the machine is characterized by running smooth, easy operation and maintenance.
6. Auto-link-locked system prevents machine from running under wrong conditions. Any mist ace appears in any motion, hints will be shown on the screen automatically. Meanwhile the machine will alarm and stop. It will restart as soon as the problem is settled down. Remote controlled computer controls all of the procedures. In case the user met problems in production, the manufacturer would be able to provide technical service through remote controlled computer.
7. Two-steps blow molding(low pressure/high pressure)ensures bottle evenness.
