Features:
Hydraulic Part:Use imported control valves and pumps with famous brands. Control with twin-proportional valve in pressure and flow so as to enable the machine reach an optimum state.

Injection part:
Double directive column support and twin-cylinder balanced injection. Line arranged hydraulic motor-preplastication device. A fine turning device for aiming at center of nozzle and a close type of single cylinder advanced forward device Screw made of high quality nitrogen alloy steel and barrel with nitrogen treatment. Alarm functions while over-high/over-low temperature taking place in melting barrel.

Mold Clamping part:
Adopted an inclined line-five points curve toggle structure. Using mechanic regulation supports as supports of mobile mould panel for protecting pull rod and prolonging its life. Underside protective device of mold close is convenient for mold setting. Equipped with a low-pressure mold protective function with high sensitivity.

Electric Control Part:
Use the imported computer special for injection machine. Display with both Chinese and English. Acceleratin response speed of control system and improving the operation accuracy of machine are resulted by separate treatment of CPU. An automatic function of mold regulation is acting.
